Mindfulness Mozambique – A yoga, meditation and dolphin diving retreat in Mozambique

Emerge into an African Spring with this gift to yourself: an extended weekend retreat of yoga, meditation training and diving with dolphins in the beautiful, natural setting of Ponte Malongane, Mozambique. This idealic location is closer than you think and has all you need for reawaken your heart and mind and rejuvenate your senses. The cost of the retreat will include daily yoga sessions, daily diving with dolphins and an practical, introductory course in the practice of meditation.

About your facilitators:
James Happe has been teaching yoga since 2006 and has an approach that emphasizes getting clear on the basics. The focus is on biomechanics and the underlying principles of yoga that inform all of the postures. While continuing to teach asana (the physical postures of yoga) James’s focus has shifted to mindfulness and meditation training and he has a deep passion for introducing people to this timeless, life-enhancing practice.
