This course is an introduction to the basic ideas and concepts of meditation in particular and mindfulness in general.
The format of the course is three 1.5/2 hour sessions where we discuss some of the theory of meditation, debunk some of the misconceptions and do some meditation practice.
The course will run over 3 consecutive Saturdays (17th, 24th February and 3rd March 2018).
