I’ll be teaching a free Iyengar workshop at the International Day of Yoga on the 16th June from 11:30-13:00. The workshop is part of a larger event that will continue for the entire day.

The International Day of Yoga (21st of June) is celebrated in over 150 countries worldwide. We invite the entire Johannesburg yoga community to come together and share our passion for the wonderful practice of yoga.

The event is free and open to absolutely anyone with an interest in yoga, including kids. This ticket gives you free access to the 9am group yoga class and the 11am yoga workshops. You can further contribute by purchasing a 108 ZAR ticket for the sun salutation challenge.
